As a seasoned Ph.D. Candidate, holding a distinguished career odyssey spans over 15 years of professional excellence supported by an exemplary academic background of securing B.S and M.S Degrees along with Ph.D. coursework completion in the field of Environmental sciences, specialized in Environmental and Social Impacts Assessments (ESIA), adherence to national & international standards/safeguards/framework across public, private and corporate sectors as client and consultant for low-carbon development projects based on mitigations measures aligned with best practices of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), in demystifying the unprecedented climate crisis known in the human history of resilience and existence, with a steadfast commitment of addressing climate risks by fostering resilience and promoting secure climate investments.Throughout my career, I have been part of Public Sector Development Project (PSDP), Execution of Annual Development Plan (ADP), Hydel Development Fund (HDF) assisted hydropower projects, Donors funded and Multilateral Banks (ADB & WB) investments focusing the environmental protection, climate change mitigation and adaptation, eco-revitalization of hydro-power, waste to energy transitions of energy-extensive cement industry, Natural Resource Management (NRM) using non-conventional fuel to alleviate dependency on traditional energy sources, Environmental Flow (E-Flow) assessments, Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), community mobilization and capacity building for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of 300+Micro Hydro-power Projects (MHP’s) handed over through asset transfer mechanisms considering all the three option of Government-to- Government (G-to-G) collaborations, Public Private Partnership (PPP), and direct handovers for uplifting the under-served communities.Other areas of expertise include the implementation of National Water Policy (NWP) framework, rainwater harvesting, sustainable irrigation practices with a focus on "more crop per drop," post-operation E-Flow assessment of the 969-MW Neelum Jhelum Hydro-power Project, and secure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) investments for uplifting the marginalized communities.
