As a dedicated HSE Engineer overseeing the construction, installation, and commissioning of the world's largest single-train Ammonia-Urea complex with an investment of >1.1 Billion USD, I held a critical role in ensuring the safety, adherence to regulations, and successful completion of this monumental project, well in line with OSHA Process Safety and Constructing Safety Standards.My leadership, expertise, and commitment to safety standards were instrumental in achieving exceptional results (0 fatality) and creating a culture of safety excellence, among a workforce over 7500.
