• Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, invoicing, and copying to management• Receiving accident vehicles on daily basis, preparing check list & collecting complete photos.• Updating Estimators for accident vehicles that waiting for approval.• Opening job cards for accident vehicles with complete documents attachment in System E.g. (Police report, Mulkia, License, LPOs , Estimation, Before repair photos, Claim form, Mail etc.).• Attaching Documents in private vehicles job cards (Discharge sheet, Customer feedback, After repair photos, Excess cash receipt, Customer id etc.• Delivering of ready vehicles on daily base to the customer.• Following with the customer for pending documents of accident vehicles.• Collecting Cash / Chq from customer & providing receipt & Invoice to the Customer.• Depositing Cash/ Chq and sending deposit slip to Finance.• Updating private & ET Customers for ready vehicles by mail.• Handling direct customer also answer call from customer regarding their inquiries.• Booking, recording & Charging labors working hours against job card in system.• Preparing & sending vehicles status report, Delivered vehicles report, Open job card report.• Make sure to update one day emergency / sick leave for absent employees and sending mail to PRO.• Preparing & Submitting Quotation/Estimation against Claim and Tender in Dubai Municipality /GIG Insurance/Oman Insurance Online portal.• Arranging recovery for vehicles and coordinating with customer to collect the vehicle safely * Timely.• Following for insurance & Registration renewal of workshop vehicles.• Preparing Monthly unclosed job card report, Un invoiced Estimation report & invoicing report with cost & consumable report for meeting.• Follow up with Concern Estimators for pending LPOs also Preparing Proforma invoice for customer.• Handling branch employee’s documents Files (annual leave, rejoining, termination, resign etc.)
