Having but not limited to the following capabilities; An ability to design, build and maintain electrical control systems, machinery and equipment.  Have an ability to apply knowledge of science, and engineering in field of power generation, transmission and distribution, motor, switchgear, Circuit Breakers and finally control system.  An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.  An ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints.  An ability of testing installations and systems, and analyzing test data and Wiring Diagrams.  An ability to identify, formulates, and solves engineering problems and the ability to produce and interpret technical diagrams.  Ability on electrical distribution surveys for HV and LV networks. An understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.  An ability to communicate effectively.  A recognition of the need for, and an ability to engage in life-long learning  An ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice. The ability to undertake work alone and be motivated to achieve targets.
