Possesses strong analytical, observation, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills in preparing project plans that will be or are being faced.During his career, he succeeded in exceeding predetermined performance targets and managed to build good relations with all members and external parties through negotiation and interpersonal skills.As a Process Improvement Lead, I am responsible for understanding how the ISM Code can be implemented both on board and in the office, drafting necessary updates over time, coordinating the Familiarization and Training of the ISM Code for the crew who will board the ship (Training Before On Board). I analyze the ongoing system to achieve optimal results, provide solutions for irrelevant processes, and encourage other departments to engage and be concerned with changes following the current industry developments.I am involved in evaluating accidents that occur, non-conformities, unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, and near misses, monitoring the implementation of safety drills & safety meetings on the ship, responding to monthly reports sent by ships, ensuring that monthly maintenance processes are carried out according to the reports submitted, conducting internal audits of each ship every month to ensure the system (Quality) on board is running well to achieve good quality following the company's vision and mission, and conducting internal audits in the company once a year to ensure the system (Quality) in the office runs in line with the targets set for the ship.I am also responsible for visits from external parties (Central Sea Transportation / SEACOMM and Indonesian Classification). In addition, the preparation of the Safety Management System Manual is also an agenda carried out to align the company's SMS with the applicable regulations.With my ability (easy to adapt), I believe I can quickly adapt to a new work environment even though it has a relatively different culture and type of work from the previous company.
