-Lead in technical due diligence for strategic investment of solar PV projects including Large Scale Solar (LSS), Corporate Green Power Purchase (CGPP) and rooftop solar worth approximately RM 350 million to date.-Lead in technical due diligence and establish technical standard operating procedures (SOP) for rooftop solar acquisitions.-Liaise with local authorities and stake-holders for the development of solar farm projects for schemes such as CGPP and LSS.-Manage commercial negotiations which includes pricing and contract terms with EPCC contractor during RFQ stage and final round of vendor selection stage.-Review and challenge technical proposals submitted by contractors and vendors including tender review.-Execute technical feasibility studies for export of solar PV power to other countries via Cross Border Electricity Sales (CBES) programme.

-Establish technical feasibility studies for C&I scale and utility scale solar PV investment projects.-Lead in coordinating RFQ to EPCC for solar PV investment projects.-Execute technical due diligence for strategic acquisitions of renewable energy assets.-Design grid-connected PV system for utility and C&I scale.-Enhance sustainability plan to achieving net zero carbon target.
