 Responsible for the Internal Auditing of Logistics department. Co-ordinate with all warehouse in-charge to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory, Stock report, Stock Register and also ensure proper documentation of all transactions.  Coordinate with the Finance department during internal and external audit to ensure the implementation of audit recommendation accordingly.  Resolve inventory inaccuracy by thorough investigation and analysis of all transactions to determine causes of inaccuracy and develop process to eliminate the inaccuracy. Supervise all inbound/outbound products to/from all channels, zones, vendors etc. Implement required system elements/reports to minimize inbound & outbound backlog Managing DOA set/device related problems. Responsible for timely sending and receiving DOA sets/devices to concern service agents.  Coordinate with all concern department/ stakeholder to facilitate the logistics related issues and to provide necessary feedback to concern Department / internal/external stakeholders. Do the necessary cross-checking of the Channel-wise stock Allocation, stock movement and plan Stock disbursement to respective Log points as and when needed. Prepare the daily/monthly Stock & Delivery Report (Handset, Modem, RUIM, and Scratch Card) and circulate to relevant stakeholders as per agreed timeline. Calculate and analyze demand of Scratch Card and order placement to Vendor. Carry out research and data analysis in order to compile and present information
