Asset Integrity department & Maintenance: - Handled & execution multiple projects including installation of Crude EDC Tank, Heat exchangers metallurgy upgradation, centralized drinking water facility installation, magnetic pumps installation, piping metallurgy upgrades & modifications with non-metallic, exotic and CS-PTFE piping installations.- Epex 195KMT PVC De-Bottlenecking: This project was related to PVC production enhancement as well as multiple tasks (Civil works, Tank & Chiller foundation, Equipment's installation, Chilled Water Tank fabrication, Chillers installation with critical rigging, underground piping, Pumps and PVC screen installation). - Caustic Flaker & Spent Acid Project: Production 60mt/day plant, this project was awarded to Bertram chemical Europe. Installation of equipment's with critical rigging strategies, 250/ton steel structure fabrication erection and 12000 dia inches piping fabrication & installation. - Electrolyzers elements rehabilitation: Total 369 elements removed with Hoist crane from the electrolyzers room for replacement of anode & cathode meshes. Contractor Chinese ANNU. - Water Effluent Plant Project: PKR 500M plus in 2020 in Project Engineering section with major projects such as Effluent Treatment Plant Installation.- Oxy Reactor Coils Replacement: Middle section with coils replacement along rigging activity.- Reviewed and audited various Expansion Projects including De-bottlenecking of VCM plant, PVC III Expansion and Spent Acid Unit installation as cross functional team member.- Experience of preparing Task Hazard Analysis & Method statements for execution of projects. - Overhauling rotating equipment's. - Chemical cleaning activity of process piping with CR Asia Company.- Equity Engineering Practices Utilization along with applicable ASME and API Codes.- Weekly and monthly meeting for project updates.- Workshop Incharge: Manpower handling and training for skills enhancement fabrication and execution.
