Specific Duties Include:● Research & Analysis on the latest/upcoming Real Estate projects.● Plan the marketing strategy for the targeted project.● Create a visual identity for the project campaign that is ideal with the campaign’s values (authentic, collaborative, transparent, and relevant) ● Break down complex information into smaller pieces that are understandable.● Develop promotional materials that document and tell the story of the project.● Coordinate partnerships with high-visibility social media partners for takeovers and other collaborations to promote content and engagement.● Work with the Sustainable Office and partners to support creative and innovative communications strategies.Skills & Abilities:● Modern Landing Page Development.● Creative Designing.● Ability to write and design content for a variety of different formats and for different intended audiences.● Track record of success working with online media.● Can Work and Manage all tasks remotely● Expertise with standard software/cloud products: GA4, GTM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Mail Chimp, Adobe Photoshop, Canva● Advanced Graphic Design and Web Development● Rich Keywords & Audiences Planning● Plan & Run Project Campaigns● CRM Implementation for Lead Management
