CurrentSERVICE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, TYRE DIVISION Nov 2010 – PresentChief Engineer (Head of dept.)Supervise new projects, plant maintenance, development/ expansion of plant and captive power generation with Grid synchronization and waste heat recovery system.Look after all utility system steam boilers Coal fired (including coal handling & Ash handling system), Biomass, gas & furnace oil, air Compressors (Low & high pressure), heat exchanges, R.O plant, chillers, HVAC & pumps.Supervise workshop activities, such as machining, fabrication, and welding.Discuss safety awareness conversation to direct safety trainings for contractor’s employees and communicate standards. Deliver safety equipment, tools and protective clothing and adjust all critical instruments in accordance to PM schedules.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Played a key role in creating budget and planning for daily routine/preventive maintenance schedules to assure cost effective maintenance while minimizing risk of breakdown and unscheduled stoppages. Identified, supervised, and resolved buildings related issues, such as civil works, utility, electrification, and automation in an efficient manner. Efficiently designed and maintained a variety of comprehensive reports and records related to plant operations, maintenance and safety activities; inspection, testing, certificates, and permits. Rendered keen eye for details to formulate planed layout for expansion of plant and schedule installation, testing, operations, maintenance, and repair of machines/ equipment.
