My past experience in AonHewitt as a Sr. SCS (Setup Configuration Specialist) was very challenging and competitive which built a strong foundation and the ability to thrive in an organization. Hard work, commitment and flexibility towards work earned me a lot of achievements and eventually discovered my passion towards technology. Taking responsibility of end to end projects with few resources in hand and a deadline to meet gave an immense managerial experience. Environment at AonHewitt was competitive and it required innovation and learning to shape my role which led me to create a methodology that cuts down the workload for the employees thereby increasing the efficiency. It also helped me to succeed among my peers. For the domain knowledge earned, I was given an opportunity to train the new joiners in my company.
