Wrking as Finance and Administration Manager with Women Workers Help Line (Lahore), a Non-profit, Non-governmental organization. Some of my major responsibilities includes; Projects and overall organizational financial management & financial reporting, preparation of annual budget for various activities/line items under various themes for donors funds, planning for effective utilization of quarterly/ annually budget for various activities/line items, preparation and coordination with external and internal auditors for Quarterly/annually audit, maintaining and preparation of all accounting books using computerized accounting software, ensuring proper internal control mechanisms are maintained and are in line with policies, suggesting improvements in internal control systems, monitoring of field and provincial centers & offices, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies & procedure, deduction of tax as per the Income Tax Laws of Pakistan and deposit with State Bank of Pakistan, preparation of monthly EOBI records, preparing salaries of office staff/projects staff and various learning centers, responsible for planning and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards.
