Production Manager
CurrentRole Overview:The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all stages of the apparel production process. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership skills and experience in garment manufacturing to ensure smooth operations, meet client requirements, and uphold Stitch Eco’s quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines without compromising quality.Team Leadership: Lead and supervise production teams, including cutting, sewing, printing, and embroidery departments.Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers for fabric sourcing and raw materials procurement, ensuring sustainable practices.Cost & Process Optimization: Monitor budgets and production costs, finding opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle from sample development to final delivery.Client Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align production with client specifications.Compliance & Safety: Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental and labor regulations.
