Over four years in UI/UX, I worked with over 100 clients, providing top-notch software design services and solutions to their problems.After managing teams, projects, and clients, I decided to start my own business. I began freelancing successfully and expanded my services across various platforms. Eventually, I formed my own team, which included UI/UX designers, website developers, mobile app developers, software testers, and a marketing expert business analyst.My goal now is to use my experience in software design and development to help startups and clients find efficient solutions. I had an awesome time at ZAPTA Technologies! I was the main person in charge of making things look cool as the lead UI/UX Designer, and I also led a team of designers.My big goal was to learn new stuff in my field, and I'm happy to say I did just that. I picked up skills in UI and UX, handled different projects, worked as a team, and learned how to be a leader. One of the coolest things I learned was how to talk to clients and manage a bunch of things at once. Here's what I did in my job:- I led a team of artists who came up with cool ideas, giving them advice and feedback to make sure everything looked amazing.- I worked closely with directors and other important people to understand what the projects needed to look like.- I regularly checked the designs we were making to make sure they all looked good and fit together.- I took charge of the design team's processes, making sure everyone knew what to do and how to do it.- I personally helped out with different parts of making the product, from figuring out what users want to make it look good and work well.- I was in charge of hiring new team members.- I did regular check-ins with the designers to see how they were doing and help them grow in their careers.- I kept an eye on how the projects were going and fixed any problems that might slow things down.
