• As a Team Lead, my role is to ensure the success of our IDP Fastlane and strengthening our institutional linkages in the North Region to enhance the operational effectiveness and establish robust institutional connections.• Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals for IDP Fastlane to get a quick response over the Idp applications in UK, AUS and CAD universities.

I am very proud and Excited that I achieved Triple number of 147 students placed in UK universities standalone in FY24, as compared to my first day with Zero and remained Top Counselor in IDP Pakistan and in the MENA Region with Highest Finalised students Numbers.

• Recruiting Students for UK and Ireland Universities and remained Top Counselor in IDP Pakistan with Highest Finalized students Numbers.• I have developed strong connections with Universities directly and their Representatives based in Pakistan.

• Taking Walk-In students and Calls from potential clients and providing them with useful information for their study abroad options in UK, Canada and Australia.• Apply in Universities after shortlisting Student study options and share the updates and assist with students throughout the whole Admission process. • Preparing students for Visa and Credibility Interview.• I have developed strong connections with Universities directly and their Representatives based in Pakistan.

• Assisting our Head Counselor by making Visa Credibility Interview, SOP, CV, Internal Test booking and Credibility booking within tight deadlines in a most productive way.• To get follow ups from Universities and dispersing between counselors and students. • Coordinating between our counselors to put productive work experience.
