Under the guidance and supervision of the Manager M&E, I am responsible for performing the following responsibilities • Develop & maintain data base for various projects and gather copies of updated database at national level and ensure regular backups on weekly basis and also ensure data validation • Assist the Program manager M&E and Program Managers to design monitoring formats/tools in MS Word and MS excel • Analyze collected data from field units & producing the updating various statistical briefs • Operate, Coordinate and handle the data related to Projects/Program • Plan and schedule regular field visits to monitor and keep track of project activities. • Provide support to Manager M&E in the monitoring, evaluation and research the program areas. • Provide support to Manager M&E to coordinate the M&E activities with the rest of the project staff members • Work with field Program Managers in identification of the study areas and carrying out case studies, impact assessment etc. at program level • Assisting in preparation of quarterly and annual work plans • Assist the Program Manager M&E and Programs teams in putting together the Monitoring and evaluation guidelines and ensure its implementations • Assist Program Manager M&E and other relevant program heads for coping with the weaknesses and possible vulnerable areas; through proper and timely sharing of information • Assist the Programs team in guiding the process for identifying the key performance questions/indicators and parameters for monitoring project performance and comparing it to targets, Design the formats accordingly for such performance reports • Review monitoring reports; analyze them for impact evaluation to identify the cause of potential bottlenecks in project implementation Major Achievements: • Designed, Developed and maintaining database for Shelter and NFI distribution, DEWS (Disease Early Warning System) and WASH (Water and Sanitation and Hygiene) at national level

Was a key member of “Panopto” project of LUMS, Key Role of this project was to upload live recorded lecture videos to the live streaming server. You do need not to upload the files manually.
