• Implementation of Oracle JD Edward: Requirement Gathering, Mapping of Account Codes, Test Data Uploads, Revamping of Oracle Reporting Packages, adding various system controls, creating customized reports for efficiency and timely reporting, integration of subsidiaries ERPs with JD Edwards and converging all reports submitted to JD Edwards rather than excel worksheets.• Review reconciliation of all fixed asset ledger. Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.• Monthly Closing of Trial Balance: Preparing necessary adjustment entries and Balance Sheet analysis on a group level.• Monthly Analysis and Review: Reviewing monthly reporting of P/L, Balance Sheet, Inventory and Receivables reports of subsidiaries, reviewing JD Edward data submissions, conducting variance analysis, reviewing inter-company reconciliations, approving debit/credit notes. Analyzing Group currency exposure in various countries with regards to related party balances. Prepayments, Taxes, Accruals, Provisions Analysis for risk asset management.• Regional Wise Finance Support: Supporting Countries Finance Managers for timely closing the period in JD Edwards.• ADHOC Management Reporting: Preparation of accurate and timely ad-hoc reports as requested by Management.• Set up the Accounts Payable/Receivable department from scratch by formulating a new Accounts Payable and Receivable policies which were approved by the group CFO & Finance Manager and regulated in the organization.
