Responsibilities:• Actively involved in analysis and development of new requirement of client• Requirements, design and development of different modules in Credit Application Processing (one of the module of NFS suite). CAP is a web-based application which provides a sophisticated software solution for financing and leasing companies engaged in motor vehicle financing/leasing for the processing of applications created and submitted by car dealers/brokers/users for credit appraisal and thereby approval or rejection of applications.• Work as team member with architecture team in re-designing of product on new technologies (Silverlight, WPF, WCF etc)• Team management, management task and allocation of junior resources• Conduct domain and technical training of junior resources• Requirement analysis and User Acceptance Testing workshops at client side as implementation lead• Work as Maintenance Lead of around 14 major projects• Assists architectural group in estimations, design and technologies evaluation• Technical and domain discussion with team members• Client communication • Develop and maintain requirement and functional specification along with other release artifacts using standard CMMI templates and guidelines• Release management of maintenance projectsTools and Technologies:• C#.Net 1.1 to 4.0, ASP.Net 1.1 to 4.0, Visual Basic.Net 1.1 to 4.0• WPF• Silverlight• WCF• Web Services• .NET Remoting• AJAX/Callback• RDLC Reports• Sybase Data-Window• MS Messaging Queue• Oracle 9i/10g/11g R2• SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 R2
