Working as Assistant Manager Procurement at IMTIAZ SUPER MARKET- Price negotiations,Fulfill products requirements with in time, Control shortages - Processes requisitions into approved purchase orders for the purpose of updating and distributing information and acquiring resources in compliance with established guidelines.- Responds to inquiries of staff and administration regarding purchasing procedures for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or referral for addressing inquiry- Reviews documents and data (e.g. incoming requisitions, past purchases, reconciliations, inventories, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring completeness and accuracy of purchasing process- Inform other staff and vendors regarding procedural requirements (e.g. ordering and purchasing procedures etc.) for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing process with established practices- Follow ups and resolve all issues related to material deliveries and Invoicing- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes- Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories- Meet with new vendors to introduce new products & negotiate with them- Complaints management related to all short deliveries, damages & invoices mistakes- Prepare reports of companies to analyze new proposals is feasible or not- Prepare comparison business reports - Prepare reports to analyze business growth/decline

Responsibilities:- To supervise & check all matters related to the store management system viz GRN, ISSUANCE & DISPATCH - To keep record of all incoming goods from different vendors - To ensure accurate counting of products & accordingly GRN issuance to vendor - To ensure dispatch of products at required timings - To ensure FEFO method for issuance of materials - To coordinate with all branches regarding any issue arises - To ensure that no expired stock is delivered to the branches
