I have overall responsible for Erection, Commissioning and Installation of Materials Handling, Storage, Racking, Binning, Receipt, Issuance, Return & Maintain the Surplus Inventory (Pipe Fitting) etc. & also I have participated in different vendors in house training like a Foster Wheeler UK. Etc.Managing the Shutdown and Overhaul Activities such as Work Packs, Activity details and Site inspection by their requirements Maintain and monitor for execution the Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedule for (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument) Engineering Department on the latest Maintenance Management System Software “MAXIMO”. To operate the Engineering Store using the Computerized Inventory Management (Maximo & Oracle) Interface, include the maintenance of Consumable/Spares.Working on PM Module & Modern Computerized Maintenance Management System “MAXIMO”of PSDI. Following modules in which I had quite vast experience.Work Order Management System,Schedule of Maintenance JobsPreventative Maintenance System of All Equipment at Plant, Inventory Control,Purchasing, Overhaul Planning & Scheduling.Give the Daily Lecture to Store Staff on Safety Procedure relevant to Warehouse/Materials Items & House Keeping.Assisting the new creating the Bin Location, New Item Code Registered in system & Prepared the SPIR as per requirement of system.SHE ( Safety Health Environment) Management (Materials & Stores Department)Asset Controller Management ( Materials)To supervise Materials Receiving of all activities like an Imports & Local Item. Prepared the Inspection Note, Daily Receiving Note, & GRN, After inspection material I move to Issue section for issuing. If materials are rejects then I prepared Material out word Gate Pass & also prepared a final GRN.To Supervise Internal & External AuditsTo Check Re-Ordering on monthly basis in different angle.Annual Overhauling Materials ordering against special job in different area on plant site.
