CurrentManaging a team of 13 supplier officers to ensure daily supply execution in Faisalabad city, with optimum utilization of dedicated resources and delivering superior customer service. • Managing supplies in the morning, through route merging ensuring 100% execution and banking. • Monitoring/Follow-up with supplier officers for execution status, banking, and safe transit back to the branch. • Conducting daily morning sessions with supplier officers on CMR execution and ensuring max DBD. • Issue fuel to supplier officers as per route IT in the morning. • Collaborating with other departments and teams within the organization to coordinate the flow of goods and materials.• Ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met at the branch.• Hiring, training, and performance evaluation of branch staff.• Used SAP for all warehouse transactions.• Led a team responsible for warehouse management and trade execution.• Fleet and fuel management• Ensured the profitability of the branch by monitoring and controlling operational expenditures.• Responsible for all operational activities, including inbound and outbound processes.• Ensured that all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were followed regarding customer complaints.• Ensuring completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly with 100% data accuracy.• Work as a backup for Branch Manager Faisalabad during his leaves. • Work as a backup of WH Supervisor for transfer posting, GRN, NWT STO, etc. • Work as a backup for IT Officers and admin during his leaves.
