Technical support engineer for pump division ( HVAC / Plumbing / Submersible pumps)

• To attend customer inquiries and study project specifications.• To select pump products from BIRAL Industries (GRUNDFOS subsidiary), ARMSTRONG, HYDROO suited for HVAC, plumbing, potable water and sewage application at a competitive price for quality design residential and commercial build structures.• To ensure tender submission deadlines are strictly adhered to.• Projects negotiation and finalization.• Ability to close deals with clients and generate high margin profits to the company• To generate pump performance curves and technical data sheets. Then prepare technical compliance against project specifications for different pump systems.• To prepare technical submittal for proposed products.• To provide technical support to clients until utmost satisfaction.• To visit contractors, consultants and prospective clients in connection with their proposed projects.• To maintain excellent customer relations with Consultants/Contractors to obtain new projects and orders.• To co-ordinate with the operations team and release orders for production.• Follow up with factory regarding scheduled delivery dates.• To provide solutions to technical problems encountered.

 On-site installation, validation and commissioning of Heavy Equipment( Road Construction equipment, Cranes, Hoisting equipment, Road roller, Excavator etc) Install tower crane at Gulpur Dam Kashmir Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Develop Service technical documentation Create and maintain service information in the company database Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
