Then prepare technical compliance against project specifications for different pump systems.• To prepare technical submittal for proposed products.• To provide technical support to clients until utmost satisfaction.• To visit contractors, consultants and prospective clients in connection with their proposed projects.• To maintain excellent customer relations with Consultants/Contractors to obtain new projects and orders.• To co-ordinate with the operations team and release orders for production.• Follow up with factory regarding scheduled delivery dates.• To provide solutions to technical problems encountered.
