Muhammad Ashraf holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance (2nd Class Uper) from Selangor International Islamic University College from 2014. Recently, he graduated with a Master Degree in Economics (2nd Class Upper) from the University of Malaya in 2022. Prior joining the university in 2019, he served various mid-levels positions (Management and Professional Group) in both private and public sectors for the past 5 years. Prior working with the University of Nottingham Malaysia, he served for Ministry of Finance Malaysia, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Ministry of Home Affairs and Permodalan Nasional Berhad. He experienced in wide range of adminstrative matters, policy formulation, enforcement and parliamentary affairs. One of his key achievements is when his policy paper on tax was considered to become one of tax incentives in Budget 2016. The paper was examined and approved by the Honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia at that time. Currently, he is actively seeking for new challenges and opportunities for his career growth.
