• Having good expertise on E-Mirsal 2 (Preparation of all type of Declaration & DP World payments)• Custom related work like Customs Inspection, Document submission and all type of PRO work with Customs.• Warehouse management like stock control and Inventory Audit, using FIFO technique.• Coordination with sales department and arranging deliveries all over UAE accordingly.• Containers loading and labour control.• Handling warehouse operation independently and track all incoming/outgoing goods.• Preparation & presentation of reports on weekly, monthly and/or whenever is required by Management• Working as company PRO with JAFZA and other relevant departments. • Having knowledge about all rules and regulations regarding international import system.• Negotiation with shipping agencies and airlines for freight purpose• International Correspondence and verifications of all import documents• Dealing Procurement Operation• Keep in touch with Exporters until the consignment reached the final destination• Ensure the safe delivery of consignments from the shipper to our Warehouse.• Safety office in Warehouse and representative to EHS as well. • Managing EHS inspections and OFC renewal.• Having complete knowledge about Inco Terms e.g. Ex-Work, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT DAP & DDP.
