• Install and monitor local area network (LAN) in office. • Performs a variety of maintenance, installation tasks to ensure that LAN performance meets AGL’s and user requirement. • Evaluates and recommend purchase of computers, network hardware, equipment and software. • Investigate user problems, identify source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. • Install, configure and maintain computers, networks, workstations, network cabling and related equipment, devices / systems.• Plan and implement network security, back up and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity and adding/deleting users. • Troubleshoot networks systems, applications to identify, correct malfunctioning and other operational difficulties. • Assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems. • Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operating system, availability and, performance expectations. • Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures. • Configuration of official emails in MS outlook. • Identify GMS (Guards Management System) problems and communicate with AGL HO MIS for problem fixing.• Also, maintain the inventory of the computers, printers, scanners and other equipment.• Installation of telephone intercom exchange. • Installation of Nadra Verisys System for Nadra Verification.• Perform additional duties as HR Officer. • Online staff EOBI registration, Preparation of EOBI cases.• Preparation of death cases, claim life insurance.• Purchase office items (Stationary, Hardware and electrical items etc)• Performs any other task assigned by the Regional Manager.

(Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) etc.• Searching of Companies, Address, and Phone Numbers etc from yellow pages & Internet also.
