I have worked as Maintenance Technician at EnVen 1.3 which is the World's Largest Single Train Ammonia-Urea Complex having a capacity of 3835 MTPD commissioned in Jan 2011. Responsible for the Maintenance of all rotating equipment like Steam Turbines, Pumps, Blowers, ID Fans, Compressors and gearboxes. Major Responsibilities are, Troubleshooting of machinery equipment in order to find any deficiencies which are indicative of developing fault, This Includes vibration/Temperature data monitoring, visual checks of lube oil condition and any other leakages.  Perform routine maintenance activities, planned and corrective on machinery equipment according to OEM procedures, check lists and specific equipment requirements by ensuring all work is completed in safe, timely and cost effective manner. To understand engineering drawings and apply good engineering practices to maintain equipment as recommended in vendor’s maintenance manual Assist in inspection of equipment for its healthiness. Strict adherence to plant safety protocols, PTW rules and good housekeeping Maintain/Update the job completion records.
