-To plan, analyze & execute the production with close monitoring & control from Cut to Dispatch-Dealing with world renowned brands Levi’s, Tom Tailor, Top Man, H & M, Next and New Look etc.-Capacity Booking and generating Master Plan -Making cutting plan for Cutting department on weekly basis-Establishing Induction plan & shipment plan on monthly basis -Developing BOM & Thread Chart after receiving PO, SDS and Thread COS.-Managing 22-production lines, production floor and meeting monthly targets.-Raising material demands like Accessories, Fabric, and Pocketing Fabric per order in Oracle System and keep records.-Keeping a strong follow-up for accessories, fabric, pocketing fabric and their cutting with the help of MMC, Merchants, Cutting Section and Store.-Do a necessary action on the time of revision in PO and intimate the details about Accessories, Fabric, and Pocketing both to Merchandisers and MMC-Give call of Final Audit to merchandisers and complete documentation of packed shipments.-Complete the merchandiser’s orders and X-factory of shipments on target dates.-Developing different documents (daily work progress report, short fall document, and packing report) for controlling different types of information.-Developing a contingency plan in case of urgency and in worst conditions.-Making contingency plans to avoid bottle necks-Maintenance of Material Stocks, Shortfalls and controlling Commercial Inventories.

-Establish the Industrial Engineering Department in IRIS International Pvt Lahore.-Improvement in the existing production practices according to international standards resulting in improvement of product quality. -Training the workforce through direct or indirect methods at all levels i.e. workers, supervisors, middle managers and senior managers.-Calculation of off-standard time of stitching floor to minimize throughput time.-Worked on time and Motion Studies-Calculate the SMV values to help in setting daily Targets-Worked on style bulletins, thread charts and layout planning.
