Some of my responsibilities are:• Conduct inspections on each incoming raw material and packaging material. • Make daily and weekly inspection reports.• Traceability of the use of raw materials when rejects are found.• Make a complaint form for returning and repairing materials.• Make a list of specifications for raw materials.• Update information to other departments regarding the arrival of raw materials and packaging materials that have new specifications.• Provide information about updated product specifications to production team.• Create schedules and proposed measuring instrument calibration processes.• Conduct GMP patrols in production area and warehouse.• Make reports on machine downtime, product quarantine, quality targets. • Analyze the results of product quality testing.• Responsible for Quality Control file management.• Create a Certificate of Analysis of the product.• Prepare document for ISO 9001:2015 audit.

• Observing the operator's work posture and environmental conditions of the work area.• Analyze the results of observations.• Make conclusions from the results of the analysis.• Provide suggestions for improving work posture or improving work areas that pose a risk to the operator. The advice given to adjust the height of the workbench according to the average anthropometric value of the operator.
