Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features.Follow and achieve the department’s monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
