Issues daily resource loading for each craft, levels the available resources to make it cost effective by ensuring maximum resources utilization after analyzing the daily schedule.•Preparation of two weekly scheduling forecast assigning work orders for a certain percentage of the available manpower and compares this with the actual executed of the scheduled work orders.• Scheduling the Preventive Maintenance work orders as per the required execution dates defined by the PM system and enforce the work is executed by maintenance execution teams.• To Direct and guides the maintenance work by discussing work orders, together with operations and maintenance execution team, from backlog. Scheduling work orders from backlog, to minimize any idle maintenance hours and maintain the active backlog.•To specify the time duration, contract services and verifies manpower levelling, material and equipment availability, for assigned work orders to prepare and circulate a schedule.•Creating SAP data & Reports for Optimum utilization of Common Resources , Number of PM man-hours again total available man-hours / Month , Weekly Scheduling Compliance , PM Compliance & Active Backlog in weeks Show less
