• Developing, revising and implementing the HR policies, Procedure and documents by identifying the loopholes in existing HR systems in the organization.• Designing and implementation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) across Pakistan.• Plan and execute training programs and take learning initiatives to achieve organizational goals.• Finalize recruitment strategy in consultation with management, and execute an effective recruitment plan of all long term and short term staff as per project requirements.• Execute induction and orientation of all new staff to ITA’s policies and procedures.• Align project key performance indicators and deliverables with job descriptions through effective performance management systems.• Manage and process monthly payroll of more than 1000 staff members.• Plan and develop on-the-job training programs for line employees and career development programs for managers with a focus on retaining existing talent and reducing employee turnover.• Provide guidance to managers on how to maintain healthy employee relations and a positive work environment.• Conducting monthly staff meeting to provide them a chance to discuss their work-related problems, concerns and their solutions.• Handle employee separations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with management and managers at national, provincial and district level.
