I'm looking for some feedback on a new resume approach. Because we are essentially applying to computers now, I was thinking about copying and pasting, in bulleted form, the job summary followed by a narrative of how I meet that expectation with examples from my current job.I always take the job description and tweak my standard resume with the buzz words that they include in the job description. This is different than that approach in that I am taking their words exactly (guaranteed 100% match by computer filter) and then adding my experience.I am personally growing tired of the standard, "Successfully managed the database by..."Currently, I'm getting by the computer filtering but I am not making it past the human review. I'm looking to try something different.
