• Perform sanction screening of Batch and Swift alerts of daily account opening by reviewing and disposing alerts generate on CGI Hot Scan.• Perform sanction screening against the Bank‘s entire portfolio through delta screening mechanism.• Ensure that the alerts under investigation are within the defined TAT as per the approved Hot Scan SOP.• Ensure that the MIS of the alerts under investigation and those that are failed due to possible matches with the risk entity are timely and accurately prepared.• Maintain proper record of all correspondence with branches / counterpart banks along with a Centralized MIS of inquiries Conducted. • Any other task/responsibility assigned by Manager.

• Supervising the screening of names/sanctions monitoring using safe-watch (filtering software) against local / internal as well as external lists (OFAC, UN, EU etc.) to ensure that potential matches are reviewed & investigated for screening real-time new customer relationships.• Review and Screen the New Account opening requests received from branches/ business units.• All alerts generated by the system (World check & safe watch) are timely reviewed, disposed of/ Closed as false positives and are forwarded to Manager-CFT if any alert is exact match or trigger suspicious.• Identify suspicious account and raise query to the branch before on-boarding the new client.• Analyze potential matches on swift messages/ international wire transfer (inward as well as outward) through system.• Keep record of all alerts raised, disposed of, queries raised and responded.

• Review and research the New Client Take on (NCTO) requests received from branches/ business units.• Timely attend the Hit Validation Cases referred via automated system i.e E.n Safewatch• Screenings the current account opening with world check list. • Manage the workflow management on CAAML advisory• Performed the required KYC screenings on customers documenting the information obtained on the client's as required by global KYC procedures.• Scrutinize and evaluation of HIGH RISK ACCOUNTS (PEP, NGO, TRUST, EXCHANGE COMPANIES) for advices and approvals before establish the relationship.• Updating of CPL list through KYC software (NAB, FIA, NACTA, SECP ETC).• Coordinate with CPU (central processing unit) for different queries.• Verify suspected and suspicious accounts by interact with the Branch.• Dealing with branches on Pan Pakistan basis.• KYC/CDD AML and account opening document reviews of bank’s portfolio.• Manage the workflow for Know Your Vendor (KYV).• Filtering names of all new vendors through World-Check.

• Portfolio screening of Back data accounts with the world check list.• Maintaining Portfolio MIS of Accounts.• Screening the accounts via automated generated software and assigned to supervisor.• Any other task/responsibility assigned by Manager/supervisor.
