Support and contribute to the development of a data management system through documentation, implementation and coordination of standardizes information flow of M&E activities and reporting.Support in standardizing M&E across projects.Assist in Implementing work plan of the M&E unit in NRC Pakistan.Assist in developing tools and templates to be used for measuring impact of each core competency.Guide M&E staff in review monitoring reports, analyse them for impact evaluation.Collaborate with staff on qualitative monitoring to provide relevant information for ongoing evaluation of project activities, effects and impacts.Ensure that, in general, project monitoring arrangements comply with the projects documents and, in particular, the provisions of this project documents are fully observed in the M&E strategy.Organise (and provide) refresher training in M&E for project staff, including local organisations and primary stakeholders if needed.Plan for regular opportunities to identify lessons learned and implications for the project’s next steps. Participate in these events when possible.Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required.Undertake regular field visits to the field to support implementation of M&E and to identify where adaptations might be needed.Liaise with peer organizations and M&E staff in partner agencies to facilitate lessons learned and coordination.Support the Programme Department in new initiatives, should these arise during the employment period.
