Key Achievements:• Strong relationships have been established for the project implementation and suitability with, education departments/institutions such as Provincial Institute of Teachers Education (PITE), Board of Curriculum (BOC) , Reform Support Unit (RSU), district/provincial administrations, community development department, sports department and community organizations. • Significantly contributed in organization’s capacity building portfolio in Sindh. So for conducted various ToTs, training workshops for staff, teachers, partners and Master Trainers (MTs) of PITE and BoC. • Repented organization at provincial level forums such as ECE Policy Sindh dialogues, Sindh Education Sector Plan (SESP) development, Joint Education Sector Review (JESR), Text Books Reviews by BCEWS, Child Friendly Schools Standards workshop and Local Education Group (LEG) as well as Child Rights Movement –Sindh Chapter.• Proudly conducted training of Pakistan’s team which has been second runner up in the Street Children Foot ball World Cup (2014-Brazile) on Leadership and life skills.• Established partnerships with local NGOs to expand and sustain the program- through this partnership the program reached to more than 15000 children.

Key achievements:• Successful completion of the three year project with overwhelming achievements were applauded at community, organization , donor and Govt. line departments and donor level. • On the result of the project the organization program expanded in five more districts of Sindh. • 35000 beneficiaries (children) in 70 schools have been reached against the expected 25000 children in 50 schools. • Additionally managing portfolio of district coordinator in another project. • 300 young leaders has been identified, trained and engaged in program implementation and Social Action Projects. • Strong relationships have been established for the project implementation and suitability with 132 partner schools, education departments at districts level. • I have been internationally certified as trainer in Right To Play resources and also got appreciation letter by Johan Olav Koss-Founder and CEO of the organization.

So for, has facilitated in following workshop and conferences across Pakistan and abroad.• As a lead facilitator lead International Study Visit (ISV) a weeklong community engagement and learning event which attended by Active Citizens of 6 countriesLead sessions at Training of the Facilitators (ToF) at Dhaka Bangladesh. • Co-facilitated a three day UK-Pakistan Active Citizen Scoping Workshop 12- 14 February, 2008 at London.• Co- facilitated a four day “Pan African Event” a mega event of Inter-Action Leadership Program held at Living Stone Zambia which was facilitated by 23 African, UK and Pakistani facilitators and participated by 150 participants of 19 different African countries.• Co-facilitated a three day workshop of Inter-Action Leadership Program at Tema (Ghana) attended by 16 participants from diverse back ground of Ghana.• Trained not less than 200 facilitators belonging different backgrounds and regions of Pakistan through week long Training of Facilitators (ToFs) with UK and Pakistani facilitators.• Workshops for the (youth not less than 600) across the Pakistan through week long workshops to learn the social development concepts, skills and attitude to play a leadership a role in their societies and beyond for social cohesion and sustainable development.
