Depending on warehouse layout, forms, rules, outdrawing, Technical art.• Conducted 5S training for warehouse employees increasing effective internal communications.• Established Standard operating procedures SOPs and quality standards for material storage, entry & exist; using identification labeling, racks coding, referencing, realizing material retrieve time of 18-60 seconds compared to 15 minutes’ pre-system improvement.
