At Al Razi Hellthcare, I am responsible for Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. I report on all cardiovascular CTs performed. These include CT coronary angiographies, coronary calcium scoring, cardiac CTs for structural heart diseases, cardiac masses and pericardial conditions.Al Razi Healthcare (Pvt.) Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore is a leading tertiary care hospital and teaching institution for cardiovascular diseases in Pakistan. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am responsible for Department of Cardiovascular Imaging which comprises Cardiovascular Computed Tomomgraphy and Cardiovascular Nuclear Medicine divisions.Cardiovascular Computed Tomgraphy division is equipped with state of the art GE Lightspeed VCT capable of doing all cardiac and noncardiac studies. More than 1500 coronary, pulmonary, aortic, cerebral and peripheral angiographies are performed in the department under my supervision. Moreover, numerous structural studies for complex congenital, mycardial, pericardial and valvular heart disease are carried out in the department. Nuclear Medicine division is also very well equipped with two state of the art dual head gamma cameras. A whole range of Nuclear Medicine procedures are carried out in this department. More than 6000 planar and SPECT studies are performed in this department annually. The department is actively involved in clinical and radio-pharmaceutical research. A new myocardial perfusion agent furifosmin has been successfully tested in this department in collaboration with Institute of Nuclear Medicine London, UK. The institution is accredited with University of Health Sciences Lahore, Postgraduate Medical Institute, Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences and College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan for postgraduate training in Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Anesthsiology and Nuclear Medicine.I am a supervisor and Examiner for FCPS Cardiology program of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, Karachi, and MPhil Nulcear Medicine program of Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences Nilore, Islamabad.

At King Edward Medical College, Lahore, I worked as Demonstrator/ Lecture in Physiology Department. I taught MBBS, BDS and BS Physiotherapy pre-clinical classes in the subject of Physiology. My job included practical demonstrations, lectures and student guidance.
