Conducting competitor analysis. Performing competitor visits to analyze prices, programs, sales, VM (visual merchandising), and product assortments for strategy evaluation and development. 10. Preparing sales reports from all offline sales channels, product inflow and outflow data, activity cost reports, subordinate attendance reports, etc.
