Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up accordingly. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Provide timely and respectful customer service to resolve inquiries or disputes. Utilize collection software and tools to manage accounts efficiently. I also collaborate with Call centre team to follow up customer cases.
