(Logistics / Container Management Port Klang)• Advise on unit’s collection arrangement based on request.• Respond to empty return emails / advise off hire depots.• Create MTI booking based on stock arrangement advise / Delete MTI booking for reuse or• laden.• To monitor seal collection and ensure seal stock sufficient.• Create empty COPARN EDI.• Ensure all container movement are updated in system.• To work with port for any redelivery container for any wrong container gate in.(Logistics / Container Management East Malaysia)• Main PIC for logistics management for East Malaysia agent.• Provides on ground stock report on Wednesday & Friday to send to Asia Regional office• (ARO) for empty container distribution and planning.• Monitor on empty idle units in East Malaysia.• Find feeder space / connection from Port Klang to East Malaysia for empty reposition.• Create memo BL for empty reposition from Port Klang to East Malaysia and from East• Malaysia to any port location.• Advise empty repo charges/vessel schedule and planning for empty repo ex PKG to EMY• based on request.• Arrange Seals to EMY as per requested.• Provide K3 document for customs declaration for empty repo ex PKG to EMY.• Arrange trucking and SIPA (for invoice purpose) creation for empty reposition ex PKG to• EMY.(Logistics / Reuse Container Port Klang / Kuantan / East Malaysia)• Main PIC for Reuse container request for Port Klang, Kuantan and East Malaysia.• Notify SSC to update REX move for overrule unit in platform.• Notify customer for any wrong updates in platform.• Provide pre-approval to selected customer with big volume via email.• Provide approval to exempted customer from AVANTIDA via email.• Notify customer to return on off hire units for reuse.• Educate customer that all reuse container need to be apply via Avantida / Matchbox platform before proceed to reuse.

HUB SHIPMENT – DIT units CMA CGM(Discharge Operation)• Liaise with origins counterpart for discharge DIT hub list.• Update Calista for SGATM arrangement for inbound units for Singapore hub.• Liaise with shipping line (CMA) respective team to declare container status under hub.• To monitor arrival for DIT container to hub.• Any discrepancy, to liaise with CMA respective team to update correct status in terminal• (correct status, vessel/voyage, remark, POD)(Loading Operation)• Request space to CMA respective team after customer place booking.• Update Calista for SGATM outbound unit (including premium picking which require PSA• confirmation whichever applicable)• Renom in Portnet for SIN hub (including change container opr whichever applicable) and send• final list to CMA Transhipment Loading team.• Uploading loading list in eTerminal for PKG hub.• To monitor unit departure follows by final list information given by CS team.• Any discrepancy, to liaise with CMA & terminal respective team to update correct plan in• terminal (correct vessel/voyage & POD)(Kuantan Port Operation)• Act as an agent for CMA shipment ex-Kuantan port.• Book space with feeder operator upon receive confirm CMA booking from customer.• Monitor all containers discharge and loading.• Create booking, release EDO in Kuantan Port system (CTOS).• Monitor container in depot and report back to CMA.MARINE LOGISTICS• Act as CMA CGM agent for ships spare delivery to vessel in Port Klang upon order request.• Highlight and escalate to respective parties for workaround within the same day if there is any• hiccup on the delivery due to vessel omit or delay.• Ensure the ships spare delivery was successful and receive confirmation by vessel Master.WAREHOUSE• Work as 3PL between customer and assigned warehouse.• To ensure shipment for import and export delivered to correct destination.• Find the best rate from liner or freight forwarder for export shipment or local trucking.

Doing export, import and transshipment job and as a Malaysian key user for NiledutchIn house Allegro system IMPORT• Received container list from Niledutch counterpart for import declaration.• Checking ETA and vessel details from terminal Westport.• Send out NOA to every consignee/notify party, 24 hours after email received• from POL’s agent.• Communicate with POL for any discrepancy on the BLs and system.• Doing manifest (k4) before the vessel departure.• Making sure all the containers departed belong to which customers.• Ensure the consignee/notify party settle the invoice given/surrender BLs and• release Edo once all clear• Monitor the container movement and prepare for billing for D&D charges if• any.EXPORT• Received booking advice from customer that has been prepared by sales• department.• Book space for feeder from Westport (Malaysia) to Singapore (Niledutch• Mother Vessel POL to africa).• Create booking in Westport system and monitor the container movement to• gate in to port before the closing time.• Prepare loading list and send to Singapore counterpart for feeder departure.• Prepare Liner BL for documentation purposes.• Prepare pre-alert and loading confirmation to Singapore counterpart and all• booking party agent once vessel departed from Port Klang.• Prepare proper document to account for billing invoice.• Submit VGM for all booking/BLs into Niledutch system.• Doing manifest (K5) once vessel departure from Port Klang.• Making sure all containers will be connecting mother vessel in Singapore.• Preparing and apply for DG booking if any.• Making sure all customers settle the billing invoice.

• Work in Hamburg Sud team department for preparing the Bill of Lading• Received shipping instruction from shipper for preparing the bill of lading• Ensure the entire document given by the shipper meet and follow the requirement set• up by the destination customs.• Preparing invoice for shipper• Making sure all the documents are correct given by the shipper.• Check ETA and vessel details from terminal (Westport/Northport).
