I am leading a teacher training consultancy that organizes teacher capacity building programs on topics related to pedagogy, soft skills, and subject-specific.As a trainer, I have trained more than 3500 teachers across Pakistan on the topics like Child development, Motivating Students, Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Assessment Techniques, Effective feedback, Cooperative learning, Communication skills, etc.As a consultant, I am engaged with various public and private sector schools and NGOs in projects like School Improvement Program, Customized Curriculum Development, and STEM Integration.

- To conduct both theory and Laboratory courses for undergraduate students from Electrical, Computer Science and Telecommunication Engineering.- To follow guidelines given by Board of Studies for course outlines.- To supervise students in their Final year projects.- To participate in Research and development programs arranged by university- Developed Course Outlines containing Course Learning Outcomes(CLOs) based on Bloom's Taxonomy (cognitive domain) , Program Learning Outcomes(PLOs) and Outcomes based assessment (OBA) as prescribed by Pakistan Engineering Council.

I have worked with Embedded System research group at PAF-KIET, Main Campus. I was involved in research project regarding FPGA Architecture and CAD tools.
