CurrentHycarbex American Energy Inc (“Hycarbex”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, as a fully owned subsidiary of The American Energy Group, Ltd, a publicly listed company existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. At present, Hycarbex is a privately held entity duly incorporated under the provisions of the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance of the Island of Nevis, having its registered branch office in Islamabad, Pakistan. Hycarbex is participating as operator in the Yasin Petroleum Concession with joint venture partners Hypak Asia (Pvt) Ltd. and Government Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Hycarbex is also participating as operator in Karachi and Peshawar Blocks and as a non operator in the Zamzama North and Sanjawi Petroleum Concessions.May 2010 to date:As Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance. Main responsibilities include:• Responsible for preparation and submission of accounts of branch and Joint Venture on monthly basis to head office in dual currencies.• Responsible for preparation and submission of Gas Sales Invoice, Cost Statements and Cash Calls. • Responsible for preparation/ submission of Royalty, and Gas Pricing Sheets to concerned authorities.• Preparation of Budgets (Capital /Operational/Project)• Filing of monthly, Quarterly and annually Income tax Statements and returns of Sales tax etc.• Coordinate with Auditors, Banks, Taxations, Petroleum and Government departments, suppliers.• Preparation of Purchase Order for Plant equipments/ logistic matter etc.• Preparation of Inventory, Asset management, receipt and payment and reporting system at Haseeb Gas Filed – Yasin Block. • Assisting FM Finance in financing matters i.e. LC/ BG/ RF/ Leasing/ Insurance.• Maintaining the books of accounts.
