I was deputed by EXD at Packages Ltd for SAP HCM Payroll Re-enablement project at Packages Ltd.Roles & Responsibilities• Providing business consultancy within the HR business Process sector.• Ensure to process payroll reconciliation of 1700 employees of the organization including Head office, Warehouse & factory employees• Maintaining OM structure (Position, Org units) in SAP by Head Count.• UAT and Regression testing- completion and script writing. • Reconcile Payroll data with the Finance department (Posting from HCM to FI), final.• Maintain SAP HR Master Data and make sure that all employee data is up to date Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. Providing business consultancy within the HR business Process sector. Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis.
