Strategizing, planning, organizing, and managing trainings in-person & virtually for more than 15000 employees including core Banking Programs (both business & operations), looking after multiple trainings likeo Leadership Excellence Program for EXCO & GM, Mid-Level Leaderso Induction Programs (Management Trainees, Aspire Cash Officer/Retail RMo Leadership Programs (Highly Effective Managers by Franklin Coveyo Compliance regulations (AML-CFT, Sanctions, FCC risk, TBML, etc.) o Workplace Skills (Stress Management, Business Communication, Team Building, etc.)o Prepare and finalize quarterly and monthly training Reports at regional levelo Virtual Facilitation Skills Programs, o Train the TrainerStakeholder Management: Conducting Training Needs Analysis with Departmental Heads and maintaining proactive and responsive liaison with all stakeholders including HBL Functions, regions, vendors, L&D Centers.Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance: Following Program Management SOPs in order to maintain quality and efficiency in processes and activities and ensure compliance with L&D policy.Goals Achievement: Meeting goals and tasks assigned by the Centre Head in order to accomplish the center’s strategy.

o Prepare and finalize quarterly and monthly training Reports and budgeting, maintaining vouchers, expenseso Prepare occupancy forecast reports and manage all rooms¡¦ reservation for training programs and events.o Provide support to all teams i.e. Program Managemento Supervising and developing a resource for inputting all costing and training data in the System.o Streamlining processes through strategies for efficiency purposes.o Manage the Training Data in terms of extracting all training reports, collecting cost estimates, attendance sheets, program feedback and uploading on the system or compiling it in reports.o Analyzing and aligning training data reports as requested by the team; creating graphical presentations of the same.o Created and aligned the internal and external trainer lists and their profiles for internal use.
