• The annual audit of the Damen Support Programme, a subsidiary company of the non-profit organization "DAMEN"
• Evaluation of the financial statements of the company, and comparing them with proofs of receipts and payments
• Worked on proposals which advised Damen on how to improve their financial models and practices
• Organized 15 field visits to conduct quantitative research evaluate success rates of small-scale businesses owned by the women receiving support from Damen
• Authored 5 feasibility reports for financial inclusion via micro-financing for ~12,000 women living in underprivileged areas of Punjab It also served as a mentorship program for me since I was lucky to work directly.
