 Developed a software application for VISA and ATM reconciliation in MS SQL Server 2005 & VB 6.0  Reconcile 25 different Treasury and 510 Branches accounts involved in ATM 1-Link/VISA switches on daily/fortnight and monthly basis according to their requirements and coordinate with IBG Finance, Karachi to balance the same in IBG Treasury server. 1-Link Switch Payments an E-statement is received from switch on daily basis. On behalf of the E-statement and internal records (after reconciliation of internal and external records), final adjustment reports are send to Head Office and then funds are settled within 1-Link Account maintained at Bank Alfalah Head Office Coordinate and Help to all ATM related staff of branches for effective replenishment process. Reconciliation is made after replenishment for all IBG ATMs of the bank Alfalah Islamic Banking Group branches with the Phoenix records and Electronic Journal of ATM machines Settle 1-Link/M-net Cards dispute transactions are through following GL Accounts and after settlement branch and further forward send the Claim advices via email to switch (RBS) and keep follow-up for the same Handle 1-Link/M-net Complaints and1-Link/M-net Dispute forward to 1-Link/M-net via email in the same pattern as pervious Reconcile Inter-Branch Cash withdrawal/3PFT transactions and settle the matter with BAL-Conventional on daily basis Maintain the MIS of DA issued to other banks on weekly basis Maintain different reports for management review Provide Report to SBP on quarterly basis Monitor the Reconciliation of VISA Phoenix-BASE II files prepared by VISA Reconciliation Officer and settle the matter with Credit Card Centre accordingly Monitor MIS of all disputes related to POS/VISA transactions, maintain by VISA Reconciliation Officer

 Sets up local area network at new project site and ensures smooth functioning of the network till completion of the project. Installs and configures company’s systems Primavera Project Planner, PCS, GDMS, GDES, N-STORE, SMART, SBT and any other system required at project site. Provides technical assistance and support for proper implementation of the company’s software systems at project site.  Conducts system implementation audits and sends report to PMS Head Office on weekly basis. Maintains backup of all the software systems on daily basis and maintains log for the backups. Ensures every machine has the latest Anti Virus definition and executes Anti Virus scans on each machine on weekly basis maintaining log for the same. Trouble shoots Networking, Hardware, software, and operating system problems at the project site. Manages all user queries, problems related with the software systems at the project site and logs these queries for informing them to the System Engineer at Head Office through the weekly reports. Ensures revision/version control of the software systems. Coordinates with the Head Office to ensure that only correct revision/ version of the software system(s) is being used at the site. Installs new version/revision of the software systems and ensures data integrity during the installation. Also maintains a log for up-dation. Ensures effective and optimized usage of servers and workstations by monitoring data being stored at them. Manages data storage, data security and integrity. Downloads and uploads patches that are sent by PMS Head Office to update the running software systems. Ensures that no changes are made to the code of the software systems.
