Full charge bookkeeping including all month and year end journal entries. Using customized accounting software• Keeping records and tracking of all company assets purchased and in use. Update records when assets are removed and no longer in use.• Maintain all client accounts of time, billings and payments. Collection of accounts receivable when necessary.• Keeping the accounting system up to date, entering all financial information accurately• Management of petty cash• Ensure the timely payment of payroll• Processing of purchase and sales invoices and ongoing reviewing and maintenance of the customer and supplier ledgers• Responsible for reviewing staff expenses claims against eligible spend and ensure all documentation is submitted before uploading onto the system for approval and payment

Proactive and effective collection of customer debt by professionally following business collection processes• Proactively dealing with customer debt related queries• Daily posting of bank transactions (Deposits) and clear customer accounts with deposit• Maintaining accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements• Produce Aged Debt Report (Weekly and monthly) with commentary and distribute to team.• Working closely with finance manager to collect to make sure that end to end billing and receivables processes are fulfilled to ensure high compliance• Support and assist Month End and Year End closing Activities• Bookkeeping using customized software for Energy Solutions.• Verifying and calculating if invoices paid and received have complied with existing tax rates
