CurrentKey IT Responsibilities:1. Technical Support:Provide day-to-day technical support to staff. addressing hardware.software, and network issues. Liaise with ERP support team. Liaise with the FLOWHCM-HCM technical teamDiagnose and troubrshoot problems related to operating systems. office applications, and peripherals.Ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents and maintain a log ofsupport requests.2. Network Administration:Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and security.Configure, install, and maintain network equipment, such as routers.switches, and firewalls.Perform regular network backups and data recovery procedures.3. System Maintenance and Security:Ensure the security of the network by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and security protocols.Conduct routine software and hardware updates to ensure systems are up todate.Monitor system performance and implement measures to improve speedand reliability.4. Server and Database Management:Manage server infrastructure, including regular maintenance. patching* andperformance tuning.Oversee database administration and ensure data integrity, availability, andsecurity.Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation.5. Asset Management:Track and manage IT hardware and software assets, ensuring properdocumentation and compliance. Recommend the Procurement of IT resources and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software purchases.6. Biometric Machines:Managing biometric induction of new employees Maintain biometric Data Sync on the server overseeing connectivity of Biometric machines
