Commissioned and optimized Water Treatment Plant, Boiler, Ammonia Refrigeration system, Air Compressor and RO plant to ensure efficient and supply of utilities.• Safety rules, including familiarity with fire equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring safety protocols and regulatory standards.• Monitoring of equipment parameters, reporting abnormalities, and performing scheduled equipment changeovers contribute to operational efficiency including water treatment plants, boilers, and RO plants, resulting in smooth operation and cost-effective performance.• Commissioning activities for critical utility systems, including water treatment, boilers, and RO plants, while meeting project timelines and quality standards.• Working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)systems for control applications.

Review, and analyze any document related to Utilities such as power and Steam Supply, Desalinated Water Supply, Cooling Water Supply / Return, Steam and Condensate Return, Oxygen / Nitrogen Supply to NH3 complex and other plants, Instrument Air / Plant Air Supply, Industrial Wastewater / Sewage, Firewater, Seawater Supply / Return, Chemicals/raw materials supply to the facilities.Support the arrangement and facilitation of technical knowledge exchange workshops with major equipment suppliers for Utilities and Global Manufacturing facilities.• operations expertise to monitor, optimize, and drive performance improvement programs for Utilities, including remote and field technical advisory support and benchmarking of utilities.• Drive the performance improvement programs which enhance process safety, optimize manufacturing cost, and increase utility’s reliability.• Reviewing project specification with project management to ensure economic design and conformance with Design Basis Scoping Papers, Develop executive level briefings, memos, presentations and documents on capital investment and other special study items.• Participate in Business Plan development and coordinate with stakeholders for any capital investments on assigned Utilities, supporting techno-economic evaluations.
