 Maintain all Imports documentation  Correspondence with shipping companies though various communication ways like telephone, email for import consignments arrival information and also track online imports shipments Make cost sheets of all import expenses  Make L/C & L/C Amendments, advance payment ,Bank contracts  Follow up with Bank’s Regarding Advices , LC's & Document Retirement Verify proforma invoice with demand sheet Maintaining all Insurance documents On-time preparation, verification and calculation of duties, levies as received from clearing agents. Keep update HOD and CEO regarding clearance shipments and upcoming shipments on daily basis  Make weakly under clearance shipment report  Follow up for release of funds with shipping Companies as container deposit. Make pay order Request  Update ERP on daily basis. Corresponding with local agents as well as foreigners regarding import goods  Maintain FE 25 loan sheet in ERP Reconcile FE 25 loan with finance department every weak  Responsible to send fund arranging request before retirement of import documents  Design and implement all IMPORT Logistics & CS management is a core part ensuring timely, efficient & cost effective movement of cargo. It has enriched my communication, decision making and crisis management skills. Strong Follow up for LC and understands the LC clauses. Check and identify if any amendment is required by beneficiary in Letter of Credit Solving discrepancies related with shipment Online & manual entries under Mfg.
